HTA Flyer 20140424

Hello everyone!

We’re reaching out to let you know about the next Health Tech Assembly event on Thursday, April 24th. Our speaker for the evening is Zack Schildhorn, Vice President & Director of Operations at Lux Capital, who will speak with the entire group about health care investing and work with those in the launcher track on crafting “elevator pitches” for informal interactions with potential investors. The response to our last meeting was extremely positive, and we are very much looking forward to another great session!

This event will also be our last workshop of the year, where attendees will have the opportunity to choose from two tracks:

  • The Explorer Track is for those who are looking to brainstorm and network with other entrepreneurial-minded colleagues from different schools.
  • The Launcher Track caters to those who have an established group or business idea, from either a past HTA workshop or outside of HTA, and are looking for mentorship, guidance and networking opportunities. As mentioned above, Zack will be helping the launchers with their elevator pitches.

At the end of the workshop, those interested will have the chance to pitch their ideas for a chance to win an iPad. Since this is the final session of the year, we will be handing out these prizes at the end of the event. We’ll provide food and drinks as well.
